One place I made sure to visit during our trip was Magnolia Plantation. Magnolia was chosen as one of 'America's most beautiful gardens', and I can clearly see why. There are a wide range of flowers from azalea's to camellias to daffodils.

Historic Charleston: Nathaniel Russell House Museum

The Nathanial Russell House Museum is a beautiful historic house in Charleston, South Carolina. It was built by a wealthy merchant, Nathanial Russell in the early 1800s. To no ones surprise, it is one of America's most significant neoclassical homes.

Selena Mac Collection

 

      Twenty years have past since the tragic death of Selena Quintanilla. However, her great admiration and legacy still continues to this day. I was only one year's old when she past away, but I remember  around the age of seven or eight years old, finding a cd rummaged in my parents closet. Selena became part of my life ever since. I, along with thousands of devoted fans signed the petition for MAC cosmetics and last year our wish was granted.

Autumn is definitely of one of my favorite seasons of the year, along with summer. The only down side of living in Southern California is the constant feeling that it's summer all year round. The holidays don't really feel right without the appropriate weather to go along with it. I wish I lived in a place where I get to actually experience all the seasons. But who knows, maybe one day in the future I'll have the chance to move somewhere that can give me that...

My Skin Care Routine...

     At a young age, my mom embedded in me the importance of skin care. My mom despises the sun, so she always makes sure to cover up as much of her skin as possible by wearing sunscreen, sunglasses, and signature floppy hats. As for me, I make sure to do the same. When I wake up and before I head to bed, I always make sure to wash my face. Washing your face is an important factor for clean and clear skin. It not only removes makeup, but also dirt and debris that your face has collected throughout the day.

    Happy Tuesday! Here is a closer look of what I wore to Santa Barbara on Saturday. I went for something light and casual. I still cannot get over how much I love my hat. I'm wearing it as much as possible because once fall and winter starts, I'll have to wait until next summer to begin wearing it again.
