Rice Krispie Lollipops
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons of butter
3 tablespoons of butter
1 package of miniature marshmallows
7 cups of rice krispie cereal
Pink & red food coloring
Frosting
Sprinkles
Begin heating a large saucepan in low to medium heat. Add 3 tablespoons of butter. Once the butter is melted, add the marshmallows. Stir until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in the cereal until it's thoroughly coated. Let the mixture cool for 10-15 minutes. Once cool, add the mixture in a pan (covered in wax paper), and spread evenly. Begin cutting the rice krispie sheet out with a heart-shaped cookie cutter.
Now comes the fun part! Top the lollipops with frosting, sprinkles, coconut, nuts, etc. I decided to go with frosting and sprinkles.
